A fair few years ago, I went through an emotionally abusive relationship. I found myself lost, lacking confidence and ultimately scared of women.
The fear was unreasonable, but that happens when you suffer from anxiety. You know you shouldn’t worry, but you can’t stop it anyway.
You begin to avoid doing anything that makes you feel concerned, but what if those threatening signs are derived from the body?
Can Nasal breathing be the first stepping stone on a journey of self-help?
In this video, I discuss my own stories of anxiety, how I came to conscious nasal breathing that helped and then delved into the basic science of why you should be nasal breathing.
