Episode 46 -Bridging The Gap Between Psychology and Physiotherapy with Alex Butschies

  • By Martin McPhilimey
  • In Podcast

In this podcast, I had the opportunity to sit down and chat with Alex Butschies, the exercise physiologist and leader at AB Physiology.

His approach takes you from LIFE performance to HIGH performance; improvements often come down to finding better BALANCE. How well can you balance WORK and RECOVERY to achieve and maintain the level of output you desire. Occasionally, we may be overworked AND under-recovered, but you may have more in the tank when we get down to if you recover more efficiently. This doesn’t mean you need to go to extreme measures. It is all about making small, manageable changes over time that lead to long last results. It starts with how you BREATHE, which has a profound impact on the quality of your SLEEP. From there, depending on your specific goals, we progress through to how you MOVE and EAT.

I’d highly recommend you follow Alex on Instagram @ab_physiology and visit his website at https://www.ab-physiology.com
