Can Melatonin Help You Sleep?
Can Melatonin help you sleep? Is the question I get asked often, yet the answer is not quite that simple?
Of course, Melatonin is the hormone that helps us initiate sleep when it gets dark; however, simply taking Melatonin if you’re having problems with sleep may not be the correct answer.
I spent 10 years in the clinical field and have seen thousands of different patients with sleep issues; many would ask about Melatonin and whether it could help.
Also, thank you to Gemma Douglas, who sent me a DM on Instagram asking whether I had any videos on taking Melatonin and inspiring me to create this content.
