Testimonials
“I recently attended Performance Through Health’s workshop; to put it simply, it was terrific. Very few people I’ve come across understand physiology and psychology to this degree; unfortunately, even less know how to integrate this understanding into easy-to-access tools. Martin appears to be an exception to the rule.
Unmanaged stress, burnout, recovery and rest are shadow issues that not many discuss. Yet, it’s frightening what this is doing to physical and mental health, particularly when many don’t realise how crucial this is until they are sick or worse in hospital.
If you’re a health practitioner or simply a health-conscious individual. Take these workshops.
I guarantee you’ll learn some takeaways you can apply to yourself, your clients immediately.”
