I booked Martin for a breathwork session at Lingfield College for our PSHE period, following attending one myself and immediately seeing the positive impact it had on me. The varied breathwork techniques helped instil a sense of calmness I haven’t felt for a long time, and another released dopamine, boosting positive feelings for the day. I instantly wanted to share it with the Sixth Form students, as these methods are exactly what everyone needs in general life, but especially during the lockdown. We had over 160 attendees, and students have shared how beneficial they found it. Some were surprised at how low their CO2 tolerance was and will continue to use the techniques to improve themselves. Others students have made challenges to practise each day. Martin is a professional and has a powerful, calming voice. He educates on the science behind why breath-work helps and gave excellent advice on improving performance in school and sport using these techniques.
