Gary has struggled with Asthma for over 50 years.

Kathleen is a retired police officer, national-level master’s powerlifting athlete and multilingual student from Canada.
After her diagnosis of PTSD, she felt as if she was left unequipped with all the necessary tools to manage her stress and also wanted some support with exercise recovery to ensure continued high performance.
Her initial assessment wasn’t typical of the individual stressed and burnout people I am used to coaching. I.e. current stress levels were low, and her breathing efficiency was good. Dr Ash Hamilton is an osteopath and personal trainer over in Melbourne. He reached out to me after I was a guest on his podcast.
After seeing many of his patient’s issues coming about due to stress and breathing problems paired with the nature of having a busy lifestyle, he often struggled to switch off. He decided it was time for him to get control of his stress. To reduce the risk of burning out and manage his day to have sustainable and healthy performance.
