    Working with Martin has been an eye opening experience. Using the breath work techniques he prescribed, I have been able to regulate my breathing during vigorous exercise as well as in stressful situations. I have become more aware of my breathing patterns and because of this am able to manage my health and well-being much better. I can’t recommend Martin enough! His knowledge and understanding is second to none!
