Non Sleep Deep Rest (NSDR) | Yoga Nidra | Evidence-Based Protocol for Anxiety, Stress and Relaxation

This Non sleep deep rest protocol is based on Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is a state in which the body is completely relaxed. You become systematically and increasingly aware of the inner world by following a set of verbal instructions.

This state of consciousness is different from traditional meditation, in which concentration on a single focus is required. In Yoga Nidra, you will remain in a condition of light withdrawal of the 5 senses with four senses internalized, that is, withdrawn, and only hearing still connects to any instructions given.

By setting an intention to go into a state of deep relaxation you are able to train the mind to go from stress to calm more effectively. In turn, this can help you access these states more easily.

Non sleep deep rest protocols are scientifically proven to improve insomnia, anxiety, focus, and wellbeing, NSDR protocols are a great tool to implement into your life as strategic rest.
