Kick Start Your Day Morning Routine
Welcome to my first-morning routine recording. In this video, we shall go four-stage to prepare you to tackle your day.
- 5 minutes of flow movement to get the blood flowing, joints open, and body warm.
- 10 minutes of High-Intensity Interval Training (45 Second on, 15 Second Rest)
- 5 minutes of breath control to calm the nervous system and relax the mind.
- 10 minutes of breathwork for rib mobility and to release acetylcholine for focus and attention.
At the end of this session, you should feel energized, full of happy hormones, and ready to get to work. This was my first time recording so you will probably notice improvements in camera angles, audio, and editing as I progress. I hope you enjoy it.
