Coaching Process

  1. The first step is to book a FREE in-depth assessment to assess your situation. During this call, we will go through clinical and well-being assessments to figure out how much this program is suitable for you.
  2. I will provide you with a crystal clear strategy on how you are able to boost your performance.
  3. This coaching package comprises 8 (30min) sessions over eight weeks (zoom).
  4. I will provide you with time-efficient personalised exercises to integrate into your daily routine, exercise sessions and relaxation protocols.
  5. Training includes breathwork, sleep strategies and advanced resilience training.
