10 min Guided Meditation for Cultivating Gratitude

Gratitude is a powerful practice that can change your life.
We can learn to appreciate everything we have by cultivating gratitude rather than missing the a ingredient for a happy and fulfilling life.
You can use this meditation to help create the shift for you to start feeling and living a life of joy, bliss and happiness.
In 2018, I embarked on a 21-day gratitude meditation challenge. I listened to a guided tape every day for 21 days, and it was indeed life-changing. It helped me remain in a job I was enjoying. I learned to appreciate others and recognise further appreciation towards me.
Often when we feel down, our worldview is that everything is against us However, this mean that we miss out on the small things such as the person who delivers your mail every day. The partner who consistently cooks for you. The mother you raise and fed you as a child. We can become all to self centred when feeling down, but as Tony Robbins says,
“When you can turn your expectations into appreciations, you can change your life in a moment”
